Sebastian Spence earned his first merits in the acting world on stage in St. John's, which is famous for its theatrical tradition. He played mainly in the local LSPU Hall and on tour in High Schools around Newfoundland with the Rising Tide Theatre. The list of his roles is long and reflects that he was able to improve his proficiency in a wide variety of plays. He considers the experience from these days invaluable.
